Touring caravan twin axle fixed bed

  
Roma special twin axle end Bedroom log burner Washing machine Tumble Dryer. Listed elsewhere so will be removed if bought. Gas bottle lid needs fixing on but is there. All tyres have been re valved and tows fine.

Outside could do with tidying up a bit. Made cupboards inside an need finishing. Caravan comes with everything u c bar the real leather sofa. If caravan makes what I want then this will b included.

Recliner chair and stool is electric massage. Think I have covered it all. Any questions please message me and I will try my best to answer them.

Mattress was new 6 months before cara went in storage where it has been for 18mths. Remote control plug sockets, (extension lead).

Also has a plinth heater built in2 step under sofa an 2 electric 400by400by 8mm radiators one in Bedroom an one in living room. One in living room is damaged. Fitted 4 nights wen not cold enough for log burner but a bit ov a nip. U will not b cold in this caravan plenty ov room for batteries and an inverter under bed if you so wished powered by solar panels! I ran cara on mains electric and mains water. Waste water pipe under cara for easy attachment. There is also a lamp and a Sony sound bar. Sky lite in Bedroom was leaking so I replaced it with new one and it still leaked, this was 10 years ago before I ever heard ov sikaflex.

(brilliant stuff), so I just painted over it with acropol+ weatherproofing(white) which done the job and still leak proof. Also painted all roof seems with it for extra protection from weather.

I will clean exterior of caravan the best I can as it's in a storage facility and ur not allowed to wash caravans there(dont ask me y). But it could do with a jet wash. Comes up nice when done. The cover for gas bottles was blown off in a storm an damaged the rivvet holes, I have re fiberglassed it ready for drilling new holes to fit new hinges. Just not got round to it.

Also have 4 roma spoaked wheel trims(in need of a paint, they r plastic) 2 of the 4 stabilizer legs need attention, think the bolt has just popped out ov the thread that winds the leg up. Like I said outside could do with a bit ov a tidy up but nothing major and nothing expensive. (windows can b sourced from caravan breaker) never bothered me. I was only ever interested in the inside.

Cannot think ov anything else. This is a lovely place to live, especially in the winter with the fire roaring. Also has smoke and carbon monoxide alarm. B guttered to c it go.

But happy it will make someone else very happy. U have been reported u clown. Added pictures of windows so people can see what (could do with a couple of windows replacing) actually means!!!
