Complete Ikea Kitchen plus appliances

  
We still have all the original paperwork included the 25 year guarantee. We have removed it as it doesn't suit the needs of the new owner, an elderly family member who moved in to the property in December. As you can see from the photo's, it's actually in great condition with little use as the original owner lived away quite a lot. This would more than be suitable for someone looking for some units to build a really nice, cheap kitchen. The kitchen includes 3 appliances that we are also including in the sale. These are Ikea integrated washing machine (RENLIG IWM60 INT WASH M). Including flexihose Ikea integrated DishWasher (RENLIG DW60INT DISHW). Including flexihose Ikea integrated fan oven/grill. (FRAMTID OV9 AIR OV PIZ) On the oven, there is one setting that trips the electrics. We can't guarantee getting rid of all traces of silicon though!! We will try and group screws and fittings together and label them. We've scanned and attached the original Ikea plans so you have an idea of the layout and can compare them to the photos.

600w X 920h Double Upper Cupbpard. 800w X 920h Glass fronted single upper cupboard. 500w X 920h Worktops were branded as NUMERAR. 2 worktops with join above carosel unit.

Approx 2.84m along sink side, Approx 2.1m along oven side Mixer taps included Silver coloured kick boards also included. Drainer also included but we may leave this in the worktop to protect the seal. Stainless steel splashback also included but likely to have lots of adhesive on the back. All cupboard doors and handles included Extractor Hood not included in sale Ceramic hob not included Collection.....

The kitchen is being removed on the 1st and 2nd May and will be available for collection from the 3rd May (Bank Holiday Monday). The collection will be from Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands.
