Vintage Servis Supertwin Twin Tub Washing Machine. I bought this around 8 years ago and believe it had been with the same family since new. I've used it regularly but it hasn't been used recently hence the reason for sale. That said, images on listing are from today (05.09.2021) and it works perfectly. This doesn't have the original drain hose.

It did but perished due to age so I have added two modern hoses as you can see which do the job just as well. There is a very small drip which I believe is due to the way I made the repair.

This is not from the main section of either washer or spinner and we are literally talking a small drip. After several hours of use there is nothing of any consequence and this could easily be repaired.

The spinner is relatively noisy, this might be how it should be, I'm not sure. It has always made the same sound since I got it. Might be a bearing issue but doesn't affect the use.

There is a small crack in the pump control switch (see pictures) doesn't affect the operation in any way. As far as I know all the other parts are original, a new pulley nut was added to the spinner as the old one worked loose, this was a spare part from another collector and genuine. The motor is date stamped Feb 1965. Marks consistent with age of course. All in all this is a fantastic machine and I'm gutted to let it go.

It's very solid and every part works. You can wash, boil rinse and spin at the same time. Pumps work perfectly as does heater. I try to be as honest as possible in my listings. That said it's always been a perfect runner for me.
