There is a small plastic white fascia panel, located at the front bottom of the machine which has come away because the two plastic fixing points on the panel came away. Meile will be able to supply a replacement that you can push back into place - the fixings on the machine itself are not broken. Otherwise , there's nothing wrong with it. They are built to last and mine has never had anything wrong with it, good German engineering. I'm afraid I cannot locate the original operating manual but I have owned the machine since new.

You can download a manual from Meile on their website. Collection only from SW15, London. The machine is on the ground floor, at pavement level so no steps or stairs to navigate.
